We offer returns refunds within 14 days of receiving your order.

If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.

We don’t offer exchange.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, including cases where the item arrives damaged. Customers must contact us before sending any return — items sent back without approval won’t be eligible for a refund .

We reserve the right to approve a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
